9.2Verified guest“A solid breakfast spread that covers all tastes, with desserts and even champagne. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond.”
9.2Verified guest“We were five people staying five days. The location is unbeatable, less than 50 metres from the Old Town Square. It's an old hotel with vintage photos, wooden furniture, and carpets throughout, but it's very well kept—no musty smell like you sometimes get. Curtains blocked the light well, though not like blackout blinds. A Spanish-speaking receptionist welcomed us warmly and we had an adapted room for a wheelchair user; the whole building was accessible. Despite being central, street noise was never an issue on the second floor, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The paid airport pickup (about €50 for a 5–7 person minivan) was handy for both directions. Breakfast was good, though fruit was a bit limited—not a big deal.”
9.2Verified guest“Monica and Valentina on the front desk handled our initial room issue brilliantly, upgrading us to a superior room at no extra cost—rare in any hotel. Breakfast was copious, and staff from the breakfast room to the bellboys were always helpful. Mario, who speaks Spanish, was a standout, recommending local restaurants. Soundproofing was excellent for a city-centre hotel. The taxi service is worth using, the internet was reliable, and we could print boarding passes. Look out for the little touches—you'll see. We'll be back.”
9.2Verified guest“The location is the best thing. Being right in the centre of Prague meant I could tour on foot and pop back whenever I needed a break or warmer clothes. It's next to the Old Town Square, five minutes' walk from the metro, the Jewish Quarter, the Powder Tower, Charles Bridge, and Bethlehem Chapel, and ten minutes from Wenceslas Square. The New Town and Castle were a bit farther but reachable by metro or tram. The square is always busy, yet I slept well after requesting a quiet, non-smoking room overlooking the inner courtyard. The hotel is modern and well presented; my room was spacious, carpeted, and clean, with a well-equipped bathroom. The minibar prices are steep as everywhere, but there's free tea-making and two bottles of water daily. Breakfast was excellent—a varied buffet that changed daily, with Czech pastries every morning, served in a charming brick-vaulted cellar. Each table had a daily sheet with planned activities, cultural notes, and kids' puzzles—a nice touch I'd not seen before. The attached restaurant, Nuance, gave us a welcome-drink voucher and discount; I went straight there and had the best goulash of my trip. It's pricier than most, but worth it.”

9.2Verified guest“The location is unbeatable, right on the Old Town Square. In four days we never used public transport—the whole historic centre is walkable. Charles Bridge is five minutes away, and the Castle is a pleasant 15-minute stroll. Breakfast is magnificent, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Our room was spotless with a view of the square, and the soundproofing was top-notch—you couldn't hear the crowd below. However, the room had no air conditioning, so you'd want to factor that in if you're visiting in summer and prefer sleeping with the window open. There's no hotel parking, but they arrange covered spaces at the Rudolfinum, a five-minute walk away. We'd happily stay here again.”
